LYSA is an operational team of experts in drinking water, sanitation, rainwater drainage and solid waste, as well as in the management of these public services. These experts who reside in France, or are detached for long period to subsidiaries in the countries of intervention, or are members of the personnel of these subsidiaries, are mobilised as required to take part in projects. There are French, English or Spanish speakers. There are experts who can be deployed in general fields (except for special field related to national legislation).
